Richard Budd
Richard is a highly experienced organisational development consultant specialising in Investors in People, employee engagement, leadership development and business improvement. With more than 17 years' experience supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors, Richard helps clients turn insight into practical action and sustainable improvement.
Before launching RB Business Insights, Richard held senior leadership and business development roles with organisations including Grant Thornton, Exemplas, Sainsbury's, Hollywood Bowl, and Tenpin. His background combines strategic consultancy with hands-on operational leadership, giving him a practical understanding of how organisations can improve performance through their people.

Lindsey Waters
Lindsey is an experienced Manager and leader with in excess of 20 years' experience across Systems Integrator, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Construction, Recruitment, Social Care and Government Services. She has a proven record of Service Management, Operational Management, Programme and Project Management, and Process re-engineering across a wide range of organisations.
With a passion for people management and continuous improvement at the heart of all her roles, Lindsey is an accredited Investors in People Practitioner and Performance Specialist. She has coached and led both large and small operational teams, as well as complex projects with matrix responsibility for international resources.

Gary Inman
Gary is passionate about creating positive workplace cultures based on respect, inclusion, collaboration and empowerment. For more than 20 years he's been helping organisations to get the best from their people, challenging and extending practices, widening horizons and helping to create brilliant places to work.
Not just because that makes for happier, more fulfilling lives for everyone (though that's reason enough), but because that's also the way to deliver the best outcomes for the business and for customers. His wide experience as an Investors in People specialist has exposed him to hundreds of forward-thinking organisations and given him a huge base of experience and insight to draw upon.
